Well tis the season, at least thats what they say, but this holiday has seemed (this year especially) kinda a downer, missing my mom has made this harder than I thought. Well I decided to do something fun with the kids and thought they would like it too. So I bought a cookie decorating kit and set it the dinning room and went at it.
The kids went gangbusters and I have to admit it did put me in a great mood. For a little while I did forget that we had a tough year and made me really proud of my kids for not fighting over these sprinkles or those sprinkles etc. etc. etc. Though Xmas shopping and decorating have become my least favorite things I will look back at these pictures and be happy for my kids and always think of their beautiful faces.

I couldn't see the pictures. I would love to see them!! It sounds like fun at your house. I know what you mean about missing your mom. I am missing her too. We need to get together. I want to hear about your Thanksgiving trip to see your dad. Aunt Joanie
